Job Title: HR Recruiter / Manpower Supervisor - Blue Collar

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter / Manpower Supervisor to join our team and oversee blue-collar recruitment and workforce management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various blue-collar positions, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of our blue-collar workforce.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for blue-collar positions, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  4. Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.
  5. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to minimize turnover and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring metrics.
  7. Monitor and manage the performance and attendance of blue-collar employees, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and workforce management processes.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and administration, to ensure smooth and efficient workforce operations.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in blue-collar recruitment and workforce management, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment and workforce management, preferably in a manufacturing, construction, or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and onboarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders..
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations governing blue-collar employment.
