The role of a Graphic Designer is integral to the marketing and branding efforts of the organization. Positioned within the content marketing team, this role collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand representation across both print and digital media.The Graphic Designer plays a crucial part in executing global marketing strategies and delivering high-quality materials that resonate with the target audience, particularly prospective students, enhancing brand visibility and engagement across channels.
The primary purpose of the Graphic Designer is to conceptualize, design, and deliver creative marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines and optimize user experience across digital and print media. The role focuses on producing visually appealing assets that drive engagement and conversions while ensuring accuracy, creativity, and consistency in line with global marketing strategies.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Preferred: Advanced studies or professional certifications in UI/UX Design, Digital Media, Creative Direction, or Visual Communication, Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) accreditation or Certification in AI-driven design tools and methodologies.
- Extensive professional experience 8+ years in digital design and graphic design, experience in crafting high-quality graphic assets for diverse channels including, but not limited to, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and affiliate marketing. A proven track record of creating visually compelling and impactful designs.
- Significant experience in a senior designer role or similar capacity, demonstrating the ability to leverage AI to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness.
- Previous work in a creative agency or fast-paced marketing environment is highly advantageous. Advanced skills in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring each is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Track record of delivering projects that have positively impacted lead generation and brand awareness.
- Demonstrated capability working within multicultural teams. Understanding of global design trends, cultural nuances, and managing distributed team members effectively.
- A Strong Portfolio that not only showcases superior graphic design talents but also highlights collaborative projects, successful campaigns and innovative design strategies
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), including familiarity with AI-powered features within these tools.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver high-quality marketing and branding materials across both print and digital media, including:
- Digital banners and ad campaigns
- PowerPoint presentations and brochures
- Flyers, posters, factsheets
- Strong understanding of modern digital tools, platforms, and best practices, including experience with AI-driven design platforms like Adobe Sensei, Figma with AI plugins, or similar.
- Experience in creating lead-generating materials and optimizing designs for global markets.
- Skilled in project management and meeting tight deadlines without compromising technical or creative quality.
- Proficient in user experience principles, with the ability to enhance user interaction and engagement.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of graphic design and UI/UX projects.
- Interest or experience in newer media formats such as AR, VR and interactive graphics would be a valuable asset.
