Job Summary
We are looking for energetic inside sales folks with 1-5 years of experience, who will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline by locating, developing,defining, negotiating and closing new business accounts.
Responsibilities & Duties
Primary Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition: Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accountsProcess: Cold calling; sending emails and aggressive follow-ups
As Inside Sales Associate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable dealing with overseas clients (Mostly USA) and making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and moving leads forward in the pipeline.
You would be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and aggressive follow-ups. You should understand customer needs
and requirements, route qualified opportunities, generate interest, close sales by setting up meetings and achieving quarterly quotas.
You should be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers.
Generate leads by cold calling, email marketing and via other methods
Prospect, Qualify, SetUp Meetings and aggressively follow-up with generated leads
Be responsible to convert trial prospects to paid customers through enthusiastic customer engagement
Own individual targets and work towards generating new revenue
Collaborate with internal teams and represent the customers to solve their business requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
Past experience in dealing with USA based companies
Past experience in selling services
Min 5+ years experience in inside sales, business development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day
Track record of over-achieving goals
Works well within a team and independently
