Hogar Properties is looking for a skilled and articulate Call Center Customer Service Specialist to join our team remotely. We seek candidates who are fluent in English with outstanding communication abilities and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call centers, ideally in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients.
- Provide knowledgeable and accurate information on real estate offerings and processes.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service to enhance client relationships.
Requirements:
- Candidates with at least 2 years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent English-speaking skills with clear articulation and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently from a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
- Reliable internet connection and flexibility for an 8-hour workday.
Training:
Selected candidates will participate in a 4-5 day training session online or at our Dubai corporate office (if required) to familiarize themselves with our systems and client management practices.
