Customer service officer/ Sr. officer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Provide shipment status and support to customers.
• Process orders, shipment accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest solutions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
