Job Title: Digital Ad Sales Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Manager to lead our efforts in driving business expansion and client acquisition. In this role, you will oversee business development initiatives, manage and cultivate advertiser and agency relationships, and develop strategies to grow our client base through affiliate marketing channels.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, affiliate partners, and clients to ensure the alignment of growth strategies with company goals. Your ability to identify new opportunities, foster partnerships, and create impactful sales strategies will be key to accelerating growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development :

  • Identify and develop strong relationships with prospective clients to expand the company&aposs business footprint.
  • Drive the acquisition of new clients through effective outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships, exclusive offers, and promotional terms that lead to mutually beneficial growth.
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Growth Optimization:

  • Design and implement growth-focused sales strategies aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding revenue streams.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure that sales and advertising campaigns are strategically aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Continuously optimize sales strategies to ensure maximum conversion rates, engagement, and revenue generation.

Collaboration & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with agencies, partners, and key clients to drive long-term success.
  • Provide guidance, support, and necessary resources to agencies to ensure their ability to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure alignment across all growth initiatives.

Market Expansion & Forecasting:

  • Identify and explore new verticals, market segments, and audiences to grow the companys market share.
  • Forecast business performance and align campaign delivery with budget and market expectations.
  • Collaborate with the product and inventory teams to ensure inventory availability matches market demand and client needs.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track the performance of campaigns and partnerships using key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, customer acquisition, and sales volume.
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve growth strategies and business results.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, growth metrics, and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in digital ad sales, business development, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, or other tracking systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously
  • Having good industry experience with top 5 Agencies (Planners & Buyers)
