Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Recruiter to join our team, specializing in non-IT and bulk recruitment. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in various industries, meeting our clients high-volume recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Manage high-volume recruitment requirements for non-IT clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate records and reports using our recruitment software

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience (non-IT and bulk recruitment preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
