Officer/Senior Officer – US Accounts

Job Description

QX Global Group is looking for an experienced US Accounting professional with strong expertise in bookkeeping and QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll compliance, and tax filings for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping and maintain financial records for US clients
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Ensure payroll compliance and handle tax return filings (940, 941)
• File sales tax and 1099 forms
• Handle year-end journal entries and complex accounting transactions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2-8 years of experience in US Accounting
• Strong expertise in bookkeeping
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online
• Knowledge of US payroll compliance and tax filings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in US shifts
