What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced Specialist to manage and elevate the external social media content of our BCG's senior leadership team, with a key focus on LinkedIn. The role involves developing and executing communication strategies that amplify leadership voices, foster thought leadership, and increase the visibility of BCG senior leaders on digital platforms.
What You'll Bring
Key technical skills, functional skills and qualifications that are required to be successful in the role. For example, subject matter expertise, five years experience preferred, business related degree etc. It's about knowledge and experience. Make clear what is a must have vs. a preferred skill. No more than three short paragraphs or five descriptive bullets.
- Extraordinary copywriting.
- MS Suite, Adobe Suite, Figma.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field with 5 years minimum of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Who You'll Work With
The Global Social Media Team, Global Marketing Team, Global Events Team, MDPs.
