As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your typical day will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy.

You will use your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and implementing technology best practice business changes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Manage and mentor junior professionals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges faced by the team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules.
  • Knowledge of compensation planning and administration.
  • Familiarity with performance management and talent management processes.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
