Designation: Appointment Setter / Business Development Associate - IT Services
Location: Hybrid, Pune Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect Identification & List Building:
  • Research and identify potential clients for software testing and staff augmentation services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust prospect list using online tools and directories.
  • Database Management:
  • Accurately manage and update CRM/database with client interactions, prospect status, and relevant information.
  • Cold Outbound Activities:
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and email campaigns to initiate conversations with decision-makers such as CTOs, QA Directors, and HR leaders.
  • Engage potential clients with tailored pitches to generate interest in IT services and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow-Up:
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and maintain a steady pipeline.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, and target audience strategies.
  • Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates on outreach progress, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in appointment setting or lead generation, preferably in IT services or B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for database management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms.
  • Understanding of software testing and staff augmentation services is a plus.
