Key Responsibilities- Prospect Identification & List Building:
- Research and identify potential clients for software testing and staff augmentation services.
- Develop and maintain a robust prospect list using online tools and directories.
- Database Management:
- Accurately manage and update CRM/database with client interactions, prospect status, and relevant information.
- Cold Outbound Activities:
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and email campaigns to initiate conversations with decision-makers such as CTOs, QA Directors, and HR leaders.
- Engage potential clients with tailored pitches to generate interest in IT services and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow-Up:
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and maintain a steady pipeline.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, and target audience strategies.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on outreach progress, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Proven experience in appointment setting or lead generation, preferably in IT services or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for database management.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms.
- Understanding of software testing and staff augmentation services is a plus.
