Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Support and Spares Executive located in Vadodara. The Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, providing technical support, and handling all aspects of customer service related to spare parts.

• Maintaining a Positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times.
• Provide appropriate solutions and substitute within the time frame specified and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Gather and analyse client data to identify possible products to recommend to management.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and outside so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and inter department as necessary.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Managing a junior service representative.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
