Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and revenue growth for our services business in software (mobile app, web development) cloud solution development, embedded systems, and IoT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing scalable sales strategies to expand our presence in North America, Europe, and other global markets.
Job Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking events, and digital marketing channels.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop a robust sales pipeline, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and execute a well-defined sales strategy, including market research, pricing models, and positioning strategies.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals for software (mobile app, web development) cloud solution development, embedded systems, and IoT.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Develop persuasive proposals, pitch decks, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Sales Process Development: Design and implement scalable sales processes to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in professional sales of software (mobile app, web development) cloud solution development, embedded systems, and IoT with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Expertise: Familiarity with software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, IoT, or cybersecurity services
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Global Market Exposure: Experience selling IT services to the US, Europe, or international clients.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Excellent networking skills with the ability to establish long-term client partnerships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute result-oriented business strategies.
- Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in delivering impactful presentations.
- Self-Driven & Target-Oriented: Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving business goals.
