Job Summary:

Wizzowl is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As part of India's fastest-growing bootstrapped D2C jewellery brand, you'll lead sales strategies, build key relationships, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and nurture relationships with potential customers, partners, and influencers.
• Manage and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
• Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to improve sales performance.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Track, report, and improve sales metrics using CRM tools.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and post-sales engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in D2C, retail, or luxury brands.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Passion for jewellery and fashion is a plus.
