Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management with at least 4 years of experience executing corporate, private, and social functions.In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site operations, ensuring that all aspects of the operations are executed smoothly and efficiently. As a leader, you will oversee the event teams, handle client communications, and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to effectively follow up with clients, address concerns, and gather feedback to ensure seamless execution is crucial.
Qualifications- Experience in facilities management, hospitality, or luxury service industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in professional staff hiring, training, and performance management for events.
- Knowing the process of executing hospitality training programs and SOP settings is a plus.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) or UHNWIs is a plus.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
