Job Description

Magnon Group is hiring an experienced Client Servicing professional to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record of managing and nurturing relationships with B2B clients and driving client success from the agency side, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives while delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, content) to execute client deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Build long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and offering value-added solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client-specific market developments to offer proactive advice.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience in client servicing/account management within the advertising, digital marketing, or agency sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B markets, and the challenges clients face.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
