Participate in employee engagement initiatives. HR Administration: Update employee records and support HR program administration. Contribute to maintaining HR databases. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and assist in organizing workshops.
Contribute to employee skill enhancement initiatives. Compliance: Learn and stay informed about labor laws. Assist in HR audits to ensure compliance. Diversity and Inclusion: Contribute ideas and support initiatives for diversity and inclusion.
Assist in fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a HR, Business Admin, or related program. Strong interest in HR with excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management abilities.
