Job Overview

We are hiring a Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We are open to considering candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet recruitment deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Source and attract candidates by utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
