We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be well versed in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for US-based IT positions.
Responsibilities- Source and recruit candidates for US-based IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with the company culture
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Negotiate job offers and coordinate the hiring process
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of US immigration and work visa policies
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
