We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the Indian job market and a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely and successful recruitment outcomes
• Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a variety of channels (e.g. job boards, social media, referrals)
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR with a focus on the Indian job market
• Proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent in a variety of roles and industries
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions
