The Impact You will Make in this Role:
The role of an Audit Compliance Analyst is critical in maintaining the integrity and compliance of an organization. By conducting thorough audits, identifying areas of non-compliance, and recommending corrective actions, this is a key role in mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.With a combination of analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, an Audit Compliance Analyst can significantly contribute to the overall success and sustainability of an organization. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to not only perform operational tasks but also contribute innovative ideas and solutions to optimize workflows and processes.
As an Audit Compliance analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Participate and facilitate IT audits to ensure compliance and ongoing adherence to relevant laws and standards.
- Manage responses to security incidents, including investigation, documentation, and corrective actions.
- Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) to determine the criticality of IT services and potential disruption impacts.
- Periodically review and simulate continuity plans to ensure their effectiveness and update IT continuity planning (ITCP) as necessary.
- Provide data analytical support & prepare detailed reports on audit findings, risk assessments, and security incidents for senior management and stakeholders. Participate in audit meetings and build positive working relationships with Auditors.
- Assist in developing audit programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge about audit tools and techniques.
- Possess strong analytical skills to assess risks, identify vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, we requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years prior experience in risk management or compliance roles
- Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with IT, business partners, and working with internal and external audits to assess security controls and compliance.
- Attention to detail
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong Excel skills.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform suite, such as Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
