Operations Manager

Operations Planning & Execution:

• Develop, execute, and continuously optimize operational workflows.
• Coordinate group-wide operations, supporting multiple Azeus/Convene offices globally.
• Establish, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Sales & Back-Office Support:
• Provide operational support to sales teams, ensuring alignment across different offices.
• Manage back-office functions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Cross-Department Coordination:
• Work closely with teams across various global offices to gather required information and solutions.
• Act as a bridge between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow execution.
• Solution Mapping & Problem Solving:
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable operational plans.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and devise solutions independently.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the IT, software, or SaaS industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently based on objectives.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Experience working in a global environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multi-office coordination effectively.
