Job Title Technical Product Owner
Location Mumbai / Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to work closely with our Scrum teams, Lead Architect, and Product Owner to build components of our technology architecture. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks for our development teams.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and innovative company, where you will have a significant impact on the development of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Scrum team to build components of our technology architecture, ensuring that they meet the
technical requirements and align with the overall organization vision.
Work closely with the Lead Architect to translate technical expectations into actionable tasks for the development team,ensuring that the technical roadmap is aligned with the organization's vision.
Partner with the Product Owner to ensure that the technical components being built align with the overall product
vision and roadmap.
Define and prioritize technical requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria that meet the needs of the
business and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical architecture and its components, identifying areas for
improvement and opportunities for innovation.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical dependencies, ensuring that the technical
components are integrated seamlessly.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accessible to the development team.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that technical requirements are met, and that the solution is scalable,secure, and meets the required standards.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, developing contingency plans to ensure that the project timeline and budget are
not impacted.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our technical architecture and products.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in a technical role, preferably as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or similar.
Strong technical background in software development, with experience in building complex technology architectures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable
tasks for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
Experience with technical documentation and version control systems, such as Git.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Certification in Scrum, Agile, or a related field.
Experience with technical writing and documentation tools
