About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Director of Product Management with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and SaaS products. In this role, you'll own the product vision, strategy, and execution for our ITSM solutions, working cross-functionally with Sales, GTM, Customer Success, R&D, and Engineering to drive adoption and revenue growth.
This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role, requiring expertise in market analysis, roadmap planning, and execution. You will lead a team of PMs, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive initiatives that position our ITSM product for success.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the ITSM product strategy, roadmap, and GTM plans, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Partner with R&D and Engineering to translate market needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and epics.
- Act as the product evangelist, engaging in analyst briefings, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of execution and customer focus.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine product direction.
- 8+ years in product management with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, or related SaaS solutions.
- Managerial experience, leading a team of product managers.
- Proven track record in GTM strategy, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL, CMDB, automation, asset management, etc.).
- Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D teams.
- Technical acumen with experience working with Engineering and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML in ITSM or ITOM.
- Background in network discovery, process automation, or cloud-based service management tools.
