Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on leads, schedule site visits, and convert potential buyers into confirmed sales.

Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales with proven track record.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent client-handling and negotiation skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
Location Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate markets in Bangalore.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
