Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the global and domestic IT services market.
Actively seek out potential leads and new client acquisitions through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media, and online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Understand and analyze business and technical requirements from clients to propose relevant solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Identify potential partnerships and strategic alliances to enhance business opportunities.
Drive brand positioning and visibility through networking and industry events.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT sales and business development.
Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, etc.
Expertise in using LinkedIn and other social media tools for lead generation.
Hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and client management skills.
Must have a basic understanding of software development technologies.
Experience in contract negotiation, pricing, and business strategy development.
Knowledge of CRM tools for managing leads and sales pipelines.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
