Day to Day Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate should be well-versed in MS Word and Excel, possess excellent follow-up skills, and demonstrate speed and accuracy in task execution.A pleasing personality, a proactive approach to accepting challenges, and strong communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the MD's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word and Excel with speed and accuracy.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the MD.
- Follow-Up and Task Management:
- Track the progress of tasks assigned by the MD and ensure their timely completion.
- Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders on deadlines and deliverables.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the MD and various departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Telugu, both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to Detail:
- Review documents and reports for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional Conduct:
- Present a pleasing and professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to taking on new challenges and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel with exceptional speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with other office tools and software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
