The ideal candidate has a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, and can turn complex problems into simple and engaging experiences that delight users and meet business goals. Key

• Lead the UX design process, from discovery and research through ideation, design, and testing, to ensure user-centered design solutions.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, user flows, personas, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, UI, and engineering, to ensure alignment between design and technical feasibility.
• Use data and analytics to make informed design decisions and iteratively improve user experiences.
• Participate in and lead design reviews, gathering feedback and making improvements to designs.
• Maintain and update UX guidelines, principles, and best practices to promote consistency and quality across products.
• Advocate for the user and maintain a high standard for usability, accessibility, and inclusivity in all design solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Experience with user research methodologies and tools, including persona creation, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design rationale to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, with a focus on problemsolving, creativity, and an eye for detail.

• Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights from A/B testing, heatmaps, or user analytics tools informs better design decisions, aligning with user needs and business goals.
• Knowledge of motion design principles enhances user experiences by creating intuitive transitions and interactions, improving usability and engagement.
• Understanding basic front-end development allows UX designers to create feasible designs, collaborate effectively with developers, and consider technical constraints.
