Graduate Engineering Trainee GET 2025

No prior experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role. Responsibilities/: Learn to set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses under the guidance of experienced operators Assist in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the required dimensions and tolerances of the finished workpiece Work closely with senior operators to measure, examine, and test completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards Follow instructions to make adjustments to machine settings for accuracy and efficiency Participate in routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in good working order Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with team members and other departments to support production goals Job Types/: Full/-time, Permanent Pay/: 15k /- 30k per month Benefits/: Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule/: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay/: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education/: Diploma /(Preferred/) Work Location/: In person Regards, Nedhra /-HR
