Job Overview
We are seeking a junior-level Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contracted and fixed-term employment position located in Bangalore Urban. This role focuses on identifying and acquiring top talent to meet the strategic goals of Reliance Retail.The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies and ensuring a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
Qualifications and Skills- Proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (Mandatory skill) is essential for efficient handling of recruitment processes.
- Experience with Boolean Search Techniques (Mandatory skill) to effectively source and identify suitable candidates.
- Advanced Candidate Sourcing skills (Mandatory skill) to build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Highly skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Expertise in Interviewing Techniques to evaluate candidates effectively and ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Proficient in Employer Branding Strategies to position Reliance Retail as an employer of choice in the industry.

- Ability in Data-Driven Recruitment, utilizing analytics to inform recruitment decisions and strategies.

- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates effectively.
