Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate (Founders Office) at ClayWorks located in Bengaluru. The Associate will be responsible for assisting the Founders Office with day-to-day tasks, corporate strategy, driving growth initiatives, coordinating meetings and events, managing schedules, handling communication, and supporting special projects as needed.
Qualifications- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in event coordination or office administration is a plus
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
- MBA in Finance or Strategy from Top Tier Business School
