Senior Executive - Collections

We are looking for a Collections Executive with 3-4 years of experience in the lending or NBFC space, in field collections managing overdue/recovery accounts across all buckets. The role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle high volumes while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Overdue Accounts: Focus on delivering and meeting targets assigned for collections in-flows and recovery buckets.
• Field Collections: Expected to be in the field on a daily basis to conduct visits for recovering overdue payments, ensuring effective communication and resolution with customers.
• Customer Communication & Negotiation: Engage with customers to negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of collections activities and provide regular updates on recovery status.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align on strategies and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Integrity & Compliant: Should be aware of RBI guidelines and compliances related to collections/recoveries while dealing with customers with utmost integrity

• 3-4 years of experience in collections within the lending/NBFC industry, in field collections.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet recovery targets
