Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Designer to drive innovation and excellence in an established product. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product peers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end design solutions, ensuring high-quality features and seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities- Design and ship approximately three projects per quarter, aligned with timelines and product goals.
- Address complex problem-solving challenges within the supply ecosystem.
- Collaborate with development teams, managers, and stakeholders to execute designs effectively.
- Conduct user immersions and research to drive user-centered designs.
- Leverage Design System Library (DLS) components for efficient and reusable designs.
- Maintain high design standards by incorporating stakeholder feedback and conducting regular reviews.
- Experience: 2 years of product design experience in a B2C technology ecosystem.
- Skills: Strong design thinking, user research, prototyping, and visual design finesse.
- Work Environment: Proven success in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous work setups.
- Non-Negotiables:
- Portfolio showcasing ownership and articulation of design case studies.
- Experience with B2C product design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
