Job description:

Experience of 8 years as a Quality Analyst in Insurance application Automation Testing

Minimum 5 years of testing experience in Insurance and broker domain and familiarity with Agency insurance products rules and methodologies

Automating the Applications to deliver functionality as desired by the Business

Functional Knowledge of PAS applications testing is must

Must have experience on Java or Javascript based automation testing or creating automation frameworks

Must have experience on Provar automation tool

Must have lead team of 5 automation QAs independently

Must be able to create and execute Automation test strategy

Must be able to also work on functional testing assignments as SME

Must have created regression testing frameworks

Should have Worked on Agile projects Inquisitive in nature and ability to think critically

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and ability to multitask

Must be flexible to relocate

Soft Skills

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

Good knowledge of solving complex technical problems

Strong ability to work with client stakeholders

Good analytical skills and problemsolving techniques are needed Should work independently with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
