Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The primary objective of this role is to manage and support overall client engagements with focus on productivity and operational efficiency. Along with their team they work on end-to-end delivery of client requirements - from elicitation (of hiring requirements), solutioning best-fit hire, liaising with various internal & external work-streams/departments to finally pipelining relevant candidates as per project commitments.

Hence, incumbent will be responsible to leading and guiding the team in creating deliverables, performing data analysis relevant to concerned project, responding to ad-hoc queries, liaising with internal stakeholders, and maintaining client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Interacting with clients (talent acquisition teams) to understand their business area, hiring requirements and existing pain-points.
  2. Analyze the recruitment need & design solution in the form of Recruitment Delivery Model
  3. Strengthen analytic and business operation's capability - Define standard operating procedures, governance criteria, roles and responsibilities to improve efficiency and productivity of the team.
  4. Develop deep expertise in L&T EduTechs Assessment product and advise client and internal teams on the same
  5. Coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure that the clients requirements are met
  6. Maintain quality of delivery and ensure all deliveries are achieved with a high level of integrity
  7. Supervise a team of Operations Associates and be responsible for their delivery goals and ensure that their skills are upgraded from time to time.
  8. Source, train and manage a pool of freelancers who can be used for the purpose of proctoring across the country
  9. Presenting the findings to management, preparing reports and making suitable recommendations.
  10. Manage Monthly and Quarterly Business reviews with clients and ensure that their Health Status is maintained as GREEN throughout
  11. Manage the billing and payment cycles of the clientele handled by the team
  12. Maintaining knowledge and staying abreast of news, trends in assessments space and monitoring competitors.
  13. Support sales team during client demos as internal subject matter expert.
  14. Showcase thought leadership and innovation while advising internal groups to create marketing collateral in support of pre-sales/lead qualification activities.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
  1. Graduate/Post Graduate in any field with industry relate experience in similar role
  2. Experience of about 8+ yrs. in delivering assessments for Corporate, Government & Educational clients
  3. Experience of about 3+ years in leading a team and in delivery of complex process in corporate/industrial setup.
  4. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Team orientation and leadership experience
  6. Positive Attitude, and Result Driven.
  7. Strong Business Understanding ability - previously worked with MeritTrac, Mettl, Sify, Aspiring Minds, Wheebox, Talview, CoCubes or any other major Assessment industry player.
  8. Ability to lead multiple initiatives at the same time
  9. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
