Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Nikkou Logistics Limited in Bengaluru. The HR Generalist will be responsible for HR management, overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
A. Managing employee recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle HR Functions like Recruitment, selection and Training
- Maintain integrity of employee's data in systems
- Handle joining and exit formalities of employees
- Prepare offer letters, experience letters, warning letter, relieving letters and termination letters
- Maintain attendance data of employees
- Provide expertise and support for all HR areas and systems. Including Benefits, Payroll, Staffing, Salary administration and Employees Records
- Calculating and processing employee salaries, benefits, and deductions
- Monitoring and addressing payroll discrepancies or errors
- Keeping up-to-date with legal requirements regarding payroll practices
- Managing Statutory Complaints like ESIC & PF
- Ensuring of timely payment of EPF
- Developing and updating HR policies to align with organizational goals
- Ensuring consistent implementation and adherence to policies
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions
