We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor In-Charge to manage our logistics operations in India. This role is suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the logistics field.

• Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Manage logistics staff and provide training and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding logistics and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various logistics activities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and partners.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking and managing inventory and shipments.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Analytical skills to assess logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
