The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

• Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Perform audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and control processes.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in quality engineering, quality management, or related roles in manufacturing or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC, etc.).
• Proficiency in using quality inspection and testing equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
