About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive Ad Sales to drive revenue growth for TV9. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and maximizing ad sales revenue through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through ad sales.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive ad revenue.

Client Acquisition & Retention:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media buyers.

Pitch advertising solutions tailored to client needs and market trends.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize ad revenue across TV, digital, and integrated platforms.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.

Campaign Management:

Coordinate with internal teams (content, programming, and marketing) to ensure successful campaign execution.

Monitor campaign performance and provide reports to clients with optimization suggestions.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the end-to-end sales process.

Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of ad sales experience in the media/news industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of media sales, advertising trends, and market dynamics.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Result-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Networking Skills: Established network with advertisers and agencies is a plus.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital ad sales and data-driven advertising solutions is an advantage.
