Security officer in-charge

We are seeking a highly motivated Security Officer In-Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in security-related fields and will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors.

• Manage and supervise the security team and ensure the efficient operation of all security activities
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards to the management
• Maintain and update security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company assets, people and intellectual property
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other stakeholders in case of any security incident
• Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security protocols and procedures
• Prepare and maintain reports on security incidents, investigations, and trends

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in security-related fields is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using security-related technology such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds
