- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Conversion Lead' should have:
- Should have experience in lead conversion (students who want to pursue UG and PG courses)
- Can be from the brand or education consultancy side
