We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in customer support roles and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keeping up-to-date with company products and services
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
