Job Summary
The Operations Head will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects within our event industry operations. This position requires a strategic leader with a background in the liquor industry, strong exhibition knowledge, excellent client communication skills, extensive experience in event management, and a deep understanding of retail operations, including display setup.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events, exhibitions, and retail activations.
Utilize liquor industry expertise to develop innovative concepts and experiences that resonate with target audiences.
Oversee the planning, setup, and execution of events, ensuring all logistical and technical aspects are coordinated effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Leverage exhibition knowledge to design and implement engaging booth layouts and activations that capture audience attention.
Utilize retail experience to optimize product displays and merchandising strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
8 to 10 years of experience in operations management within the event industry, with a focus on liquor-related events.
Strong exhibition knowledge and experience in designing and executing booth layouts and activations.
Excellent client communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Extensive experience in event management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Retail experience with a deep understanding of product displays and merchandising strategies.
Proficiency in display setup and logistics management.
