Division Profile
Our U.S. bank subsidiaries, Morgan Stanley Bank N.A. (MSBNA), Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association (MSPBNA), collectively, (the U.S. Banks) accept deposits, provide loans to a variety of customers, including large corporate and institutional clients as well as high to ultra-high net worth individuals.Lending activity recorded in the U.S. Banks from the Institutional Securities business segment primarily includes Secured lending facilities and Commercial real estate loans. Lending activity recorded in the U.S. Bank Subsidiaries from the Wealth Management business segment primarily includes Securities-based lending, which allows clients to borrow money against the value of qualifying securities.
Responsibilities
The High Net-Worth Lending (HNWL) Documentation Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and delivering document packages to clients for the establishment of credit facilities.
> Leverage internal systems to prepare and assemble DocuSign/eSign envelopes for loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while collaborating with internal teams as needed.
> Oversee electronic signature workflows, serving as a key point of coordination, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail in all client-facing deliverables.
> Conduct thorough reviews of documents to ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and client requirements prior to distribution.
> Actively monitor the electronic signature process, troubleshooting and resolving any issues to ensure seamless client experiences.
> Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, and relationship management teams to optimize documentation processes and align with best practices.
> Develop procedures and oversight processes to ensure visibility into quality, accuracy and timeliness of overall process.
> Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and streamline the documentation process. Qualifications/Skills required:
> 0-3 years of professional experience, preferably in operations and/or financial services.
> Bachelor&aposs degree in finance. Open to recent graduates from reputed institutes
> Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, and lending.
> Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and internal applications, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
> Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
> Strong time management skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
> Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
