Reporting to: Manager - Operations, Manager - Customer Support
Salary range: 15K per month
Internship duration: 3 months
Full-time conversion: Based on performance, you will be given a full-time opportunity at the end of the internship.
After Conversion: 2.5 LPA
Weekly Off: There will be one day off per week during the Intern phase. Two days off per week upon full-time conversion.
Eligibility Criteria For Both Positions- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Passing Year: 2022 and 2023
- Joining Month: March 2024, We have openings every month as it is an ongoing requirement

Responsibilities For Intern - Customer Support Role- Handle customer queries through chats primarily and manage calls and email-based on demand
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Generate revenue by understanding the needs of customers
- Upsell other products wherever possible
- Ability to analyze the situation at hand and make a business decision to ensure that the customer experience is not impacted
- Responsible for handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with clients & In- house
- Responsible for End to end backend support to Operations inquiries, Appointment Confirmations, follow-ups with Clients, SOD & EOD Report preparation, escalations and executions
- Working closely with Clients, Corporate Customers, and internal stakeholders for Appointment confirmations, and reports ensuring timely action of completing tasks at hand
- Coordinate with Insurer on Inclusions/exclusions, and rejection/approval of OPD Insurance claims
- Effective communication in handling customer queries and query resolution with the customers

- Excellent attention to detail with good typing speed
- Good Excel and presentation skills
