We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Head to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-15 years of experience in supply chain management and will be responsible for managing and improving our company's supply chain operations.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimize efficiency and minimize costs
• Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Evaluate and optimize supplier performance to ensure quality and consistency of supply
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders in the supply chain
• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes and procedures

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of supply chain professionals
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Experience in the Indian job market context, with knowledge of local regulations and market conditions
