Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated HR Intern - Staff Augmentation to join our team in the
Noida office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, vendor
coordination, and workforce planning. As an intern, you will collaborate with teams to support the staff
augmentation process and ensure seamless resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT and non-IT positions.
Coordinate with vendors to gather profiles and track submissions.
Support the creation and maintenance of resource profiles for client requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and track project-wise resource allocations.
Participate in workforce planning discussions and provide administrative support to the team.
Assist in onboarding processes for staff augmentation resources.
Research and identify new vendors for staff augmentation opportunities, expanding the resource
pool.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes or talent acquisition.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in business development, client engagement, and strategic planning.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
