Manager - Talent Acquisition (LIPL-1916)

Job Description

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on bulk hiring for sales teams.
• Experience in targeting competitor talent within Electrical Manufacturing, Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, or Telecommunications equipment industries.
• Proven success in Pan-India recruitment campaigns with a focus on mass hiring, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the sales team, ensuring timely delivery of hiring targets.
• Design and implement strategic hiring plans in collaboration with stakeholders to align with business goals.
• Develop sourcing strategies targeting competitor talent for sales roles across multiple regions.
• Lead bulk-hiring campaigns for sales professionals, ensuring a consistent and efficient process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining employer branding and engagement.
• Collaborate with regional managers to address specific hiring challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future sales team expansion.
