Senior Analyst - Tax and Compliance(Licensing)
What You'll Do:

The Licensing & Tax Analyst is primarily responsible for preparing license applications, providing customer service, and completing ancillary work in accordance with prepping and processing tax license applications.A successful candidate must be efficient, accurate, deadline driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability to change and interest in lean thinking complete the
ideal profile. The job will be fully performed in English and training will be provided.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Job Duties- Prepare licensing applications
- Perform Quality Assurance related to licensing content.
- Provide phone and email support to customers in all aspects of the business including product functions and features.
- Maintain/update new and existing customer information.
- Work with customers to obtain additional information required for tax license applications.
- Assist in identifying areas of improvement and efficiencies in licensing processes.
- Proactively participate in a dynamic and innovative environment.
- Identify new or changing license requirements
- Prepare welcome emails with correct start dates and rates.
- Stay up to date on tax rate changes (both sales and lodging).
- Assist with the account setup of locations for our clients.
- Demonstrate consistent dependability, efficiency, and accuracy in performance of work tasks.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
Qualifications- 3+ years of related experience with tax or customer service
- Proven ability in handling customer escalations and relationship management
- Track record of project and issue ownership
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient, accurate and deadline driven
- Proficient in basic math, including percentages
- Excellent english written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritize and multi-task under constant time constraints
- Capable of working independently and significantly contributing to the team
- Able to troubleshoot, and problem solve in a quick, calm, analytical and methodical manner
- Capable of learning/using different software applications and tools
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using Salesforce
- Ready for the swing Shifts (2Pm-11 Pm)
