(International Telemarketing Executive)

Communicating with senior-level business executives around the globe and selling the opportunity to attend one of our conferences.

Working timings will be from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Mon-Fri (only) to accommodate for international time zones.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients across international markets, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and closing sales.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong persuasive ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to international prospects and customers.
  • Promote and sell company services while maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
  • Identify business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role (preferably in an international market).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Experience in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work in different time zones as required.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C international sales.
  • Familiarity with cultural differences in international sales.

Salary: 445,000.00 - 775,000.00 per year
